Building on many years of experience, I specialize in techniques from Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness, InterPersonal NeuroBiology, Positive Psychology, Positive Discipline applied to the family and school environments, Social and Emotional Learning.

I am trained and have experience in using clinical applications of the Polyvagal Theory. I may suggest working within this framework during therapy and using SSP (Sound and Safe Protocol) for specific interventions, both in English and French.

Also drawing on neuroscience, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy® is a therapeutic approach based on the body, speech, and mindfulness; promoting collaborative work on somatic, emotional, and cognitive processes; used to treat trauma and attachment issues. It constitutes my current focus of training and specialization.

Being trained and experienced with the MBSP program (Mindfulness Based Strength Program)- a mindfulness practice integrated with positive psychology techniques- I offer group and individual practices (typically 8 week-programs), in English and French.

Drawing on my experience in teaching Social and Emotional Learning and my training in providing Mindfulness meditation for children and adolescents in schools, I offer workshops of 5 to 7 weeks on Social and Emotional Learning and Mindfulness in school settings both in English and French, as well as at my private practice.
